Hello Frank, Our GOLO Team would like to congratulate you on your 40 lb. weight loss. That is amazing! No doubt you did reach a plateau; these are to be expected when you are trying to lose weight…and it is normal. Our body gets accustomed to the way we eat, and you need to “change things up” In the Blog I have below there are some good ideas. Often, if you apply some of these…you will find you will get through it. Something simple as adding a bit more exercise to your day or switching up your meals can break through the plateau. We also recommend you follow the RESET 7 for 1 week. You will not take your Release – but resume after the week. On the RESET 7 Plan you will eliminate Refined Grains, Dairy and Red Meat for 7-days. A full explanation is in the blog below. The article has some other ideas as well. We have recently discounted our Release bottles and now might be a good time to stock up. Very satisfied with Golo release. Curbs my appetite and have lost a little weight. It has been slow going but I could do better on my own end. My life is so busy I have a hard time staying on track but have been able to maintain my weight loss. Think it has helped a lot and feel good on goloGOLO, LLC

I love everything about Golo for life. The release has helped me and recipes are awesome. I have lost 60 lbs and keeping it off. I gain a few here and there but then I focus again. This is not a diet this is a life change..clean eating and a journey I will never forget. I started because of my sugar levels and BP levels, Today I am at a normal reading for both. I have lost 53 lbs since I started last summer and I am keeping it off. At age 74 I look pretty good. Have lots of energy and no problem keeping to the diet. I think this is a great way to lose weight and maintain it later on without the pills.GOLO, LLC
