    I would not recommend. I walked in canceled my membership on April 15th, was given cancellation document by email that said last day to use club is 4-16-2023 but was still charged. Refunded by my bank, only for club to turn around and charge me in May for same payment. When I asked to be refunded was told billing starts 10th of every month. So it was to late to stop, but manager can refund. I asked to speak to manager was told she would call in 2 weeks. Never heard from her, called again. Was told she will call, never called. I'm no longer interested in using club and would like a refund. Not a good experience in customer service. I would not recommend this club. You cant not just take advantage of your customers like that, charging membership fees after cutting off their club use. I will dispute with bank and report to Better Business Bureau.

    Despite the public complaints against Dee and Charles, the owners still continue to allow customers to be mistreated at the hands of them both. As a business, it is very disgusting to know customer service is not front and center with your values.
