"My husband and I hired Thomas Brothers, LLC to perform a sizable renovation project at our new home (including reconfiguration of an existing in-law suite into a new laundry room and office, new hardwood flooring throughout, replacement of existing carpeting, re-treading stairs in wood, building a deck addition, replacement of our front door, installation of new kitchen appliances, renovation of our guest bathroom and powder room, and other miscellaneous items). I was pregnant with our second child during these projects, and we made it clear to Thomas Brothers that we had a very hard deadline for completion (prior to the Baby’s due date) - while we were pleased with their work initially, as the job progressed they became less and less communicative and were less and less efficient." ...
