"my husband took his car to get it fixed at this shop after an accident after a month of calling them to check on the car, they finally got back to him and told him that the car is ready but they found additional issues with it and have contacted my insurance company to pay them the additional funds apart from the check that they had already issued them and more than what they had told us that it will cost to fix the car, the insurance sent their rep and the rep assessed the issues for less than what they are charging and now they want me to pay them over $4000 out of pocket after the insurance sent them over $10,000 check, to this day my car is still there and I have not been able to drive my car for months, they made him sign some papers that he did not understand as he does not understand english well when he dropped it off and when he tried to pick up my car to take it to another shop after the initially assessment because they were charging too much more than what the insurance was willing to pay they refused to release the car and told him that they will charge him $10,000 for storage for the week the car had been at their shop so they essentially tied his hands to leave his car with them. who charges 10,000 for a week of storage, mind oyu the car was taken apart and they had his keys so he was unable to pick it up."
