"I have a serious complaint I paid off my Water Softener the machine cut off I called for an appointment they gave me an appointment for todayI called them and ask them when was they coming all of a sudden they stated that they did not have me down until two weeks later I am a disabled veteran 100 disabled veteran I moved here because the military moved me here because I am Allergic to the water where I lived it so they put in a system the system stopped working they were supposed to come out and fix all of a sudden they gonna tell me whoever scheduled it made a freaking mistake that is not my problem they need to get somebody out here to doit This is the worst company I have had problems with this machine since day one I live in the boondocks where they have made excuses excuses excuses excuses I think the people that they have working for them is not qualify to put this machine up the park this is the worst company ever they are putting my health in jeopardy"
