  Nixon continues to operate with unscrupulous business practices. The most recent issue was charging us an early termination fee for a contract that was never renewed. After our parent company signed a 5-year contract in 2017, we broke off from the parent company in 2020 but continued paying for services untill 2024, SEVEN whole years after the parent company signed the agreement. At that time, we gave a notice to cancel services and were met with an early termination fee which was over $1300. An early termination fee after paying for service for 7 years because they said the contract auto-renewed for 5 additional years after the 5-year anniversary. I explained that the parent company signed the original agreement AND we never receieved any auto-renewal notice or opportunity to cancel (in fact, we didnt even know we were under any agreement in the first place). After explaining everthing they still threatened collections and were being totally unreasonable even though we never agreed to any auto-renewal. We had another bad experience with them in 2008, when we started services but never signed an agreement. Shortly after starting service, we noticed our invoices kept increasing every month without notice or us agreeing to the increased prices. I was so dissatisfied with these irregular billing practices that I gave a notice to cancel services. At that time they indicated that I couldn't cancel because I had signed a 5-year contract, which I never signed. I then asked for a copy of the contract they claim I signed and there was a forged signature of the Physician Assistant who worked for my organization. How did I know that it was forged? For one, it was not her signature. For two, it had the PA's name followed by 'NP' designation, not PA. I won't include her name here but it was signed 'Jane Doe, NP' vs. 'Jane Doe, PA'. Needless to say, they finally let us out of this fraudulently signed contract once we threatened legal action for fraud.

  I wish I could leave no stars. This medical laundry supply company provided dirty patient robes to my office. I asked to be let out of my contract. They told me I was responsible for checking if the robes were clean or dirty. They made me keep paying for their robes for 3 months and said if the robes were still dirty they would let me out of my contract. The robes were still dirty after 3 months. They did not let me out of my contract and now they are harassing me and sending me to collections. I had used them for years. If they had resolved the problem and delivered clean robes , I would have kept using them. I could not continue to let my patients put on blood stained sticky robes.
