  TBS Construction.Edgar Morales gave us a Fair estimate for the proposed work to be done. The job involved installing a side walk and front porch using paving stones. His workers were on time and professional in completing their work. The job was done in less than week and looks great. They were meticulous with their clean up and restoration of our yard. I would highly recommend TBS Construction for your next project.

  We had stucco remediation, windows and doors replaced, and a roof replacement. Edgar and his crew clearly have plenty of experience doing this kind of work and put in a hard days work every day until the job was done. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work they did. It was a very stressful time for our family but their consistent hard work day in and day out gave us peace of mind that the project would be finished in a timely manner. Edgar was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest throughout the process. Even when some unforeseen issues came up, Edgar fixed them at no additional cost. I highly recommend TBS Construction if you want your project completed in a timely manner by an honest, hardworking, and friendly crew for a fair price.

  If I could give more stars, I would! Homeowners with stucco fear the need for remediation, but if it happens, you want someone knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. Edgar and his crew are just that! They worked long, hard days to ensure everything was done properly. Stucco was removed, plywood replaced, and new siding installed perfectly. They also pulled out all windows and doors to wrap them properly because it was not done correctly many years ago. It was a stressful time, but the entire crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working, which made it much easier to deal with. I also had them replace all old concrete steps, a patio, and a sidewalk. They reframed a section of my shed making the interior larger and more functional and replaced the old wood with new siding. They even repainted my rusted chimney cap without me asking and without tacking it onto the bill. They were already working on the chimney, the cap was unsightly, so they just took care of it. The price for everything was very fair for the work entailed and the quality. Construction can be a difficult time for a homeowner, but I had peace of mind knowing it was all done right and as quickly as possible. These guys know what they’re doing, and they show up and get it done! I will be calling them for any home repairs or improvements in the future. They do it all, and do it well.
