      Got the complete runaround by this company.. If they did try to communicate, they spoke down to me as if I couldn't comprehend a thing they were saying. I couldnt' get a straight answer as to what was wrong with my jet ski. Although, when I went inside the building the mechanic outside explained it all to my friend (who was a male). They did work before we talked about it, and I agreed upon it. Twice they tried to fix it and couldn't They even charged me for a battery after I had told them, the battery was new. They also lost my jet ski cover. I cringe when I see their name
