    Was given a quote to have a/c and air handler replaced. When I called Strong to set up appointment, was told he wasn't interested in doing the job because it's too hot leaving my 87 year old mom looking for another person to do job.....bad business

    Your quote was from last October. The AC is totally void of refrigerant The quote was for the job to be done over the winter months because the indoor unit is in an Attic. The price was for the off season. I don’t do attic jobs when it’s hot out. Find and pay the price for someone that does. . I have known your Mom since I was 10. That’s 39 years. 18 years ago your father helped me put this ac in . I was his friend. You can go eat a fat one. You’re a dirt bag POS! You threw away all your mom’s furniture when she was in the hospital 5 yrs ago and moved in and mooched off of her. Then moved away and left her in an empty house.
