    Best Materials failed to follow my delivery instructions, which created a financial hardship for me due to blocking access to my garage and important electrical components. I asked them to move the large pile of mulch to the correct spot, but they refused. I explained that it was going to create a financial hardship for me, and even spelled out a dollar-for-dollar account of what it would cost me to fix their problem, but they refused a refund. I asked for a partial refund. They refused. I was later called back and offered a credit off a future order. I explained that, as a landscape supplier, they are well aware my next order would be 12 months from now and I need the refund NOW in order to cover my expenses due to their mistake. They refused, and became rude. I gave them time to cool off and send an e-mail, to which they have not responded.
