    Overcharges (not a good value), not mutually respectful or professional. Consider going to another CPA that has experience especially with Delaware LLCs.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from this firm. I feel the owner, Mr. Richard Zimny and Susan Shaner, the account that was assigned to me, continues to display a lack of transparency. In all, it has been a slow decrease in the quality of service. I tried numerous times to resolve my issues with their service rendered. No luck! Susan Shaner did not demonstrate commitment, professionalism, or work ethic. Mr. Richard Zimny the owner whom I solely had my consultation with and paid my retainer to assured me as a client of his firm and, more importantly, with having me sign papers that gave the firm power attorney. The advice Susan gave me in her return calls when I would have to uncomfortably demand a call back by email, voicemail or verbally to the secretary Heather was very short vague and still left me in question about what the progress is and why? I feel they can demonstrate commitment by honoring their promises to promptly return calls and emails, respect your clients and their time, completing tasks before or by their deadline and make sure they can count on you to notify them of ANY changes! Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could review ALL my paperwork and rectify the errors, if any, as soon as possible. Additionally, I would like to request a partial refund of the fees I paid for your services, given and the unsatisfactory outcome of your firms work ethic.I hope that we can resolve this matter in a timely and satisfactory manner. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected better from a professional firm. I relied on their expertise and paid a significant amount for the services, but I feel that I did not receive the quality of service that I was entitled to.     Ms. Lisa Moore was client of the firm referred by an attorney with a complex tax issue that took substantial time and effort to resolve. During our conversations, Ms. Moore has never requested any consideration of a refund. She has previously offered lunch for the office because she was so pleased and has given us positive reviews in another venue. In my prior meeting with her, I listened to her complaints of lack of response which we reviewed internally. There is always room for improved response time, but we are dealing with IRS matters that do not resolve quickly. She received copies of all correspondence we received, but it was disorganized in a box. We offered to organize all documents in our files and give her a copy, that was taking more time than anticipated. After my meeting, approximately two weeks later Ms. Moore arrived at our office with no appointment after a phone call and informed us she was not leaving until she had everything she wanted. After several requests to leave the office that we would forward the binders to her, she continued to refuse to leave. We had to contact the county police to have her leave our premises.. On December 22, 2023, I called her to notify that the three binders were being sent to her via USPS. In fact we spent considerable time to prepare for her 3 binders of work with tabs and table of contents so, all documents were in order and sent her a bill for net zero amount. The tax matter we were engaged to resolve has been cleared with the IRS and our limited power of attorney with the IRS has been withdrawn.
