    I submitted for a wholesalers permit February 9. It states that the service is going to take about a several weeks depending on if it is my first time submitting for a permit as of today at 5:15 PM February 28, 2024 I have not received any correspondence, any letter any permit nothing your service is a scam

    Terrible! I thought I was on the California Business Website. The only fee I was shown was the $30 fee I expected and an additional fee for a certificate (that should have been a red flag) that I rejected. I do not recall seeing any refund/cancellation notices - and why would the state of California post a cancellation fee policy? How did I wind up on their site? I did not sign anything. I entered my credit card info and then I get an email confirmation with a $94 charge! I am 75 years old and feel very foolish and upset. Now I must wait to find out if they did in deed renew my SOI filing. It takes 1-5 days to go through which would have been immediately if I had been on the California Business website. Thank goodness I did this early. I reviewed other postings on the BBB site that are very similar to mine. One formal complaint included a customer who documented his case and was strong and relentless. He received amazingly numerous and long responses from the company. Not respectful, polite or nice people. I will just move on. Lesson learned but sad to think others will be going down this path.

    This company charged $140 for a $6 document. I am not sure how they have a high rating when in fact they are taking advantage of people. DO NOT CLICK ON THEIR WEBSITE. Wish I had done more research myself. When I realized I was on the wrong website, I immediately sent an email and filled out customer support within 5 mins of order placed. I have not received a document that was supposed to be emailed. In addition they waited 3 weeks to respond to my email request and will not refund my money. CLICKER BEWARE!!!!!

    False and misleading to believe you are filing with appropriate government entity. Tried to cancel once I realized it was a 3rd party. No upfront warning you are dealing with CROOKS stealing your money.

    Scammers. Don’t be fooled. They are a ripoff and should state upfront that they are not official government sites.

    Scam ... crap pos company that steals your money. I did what they were supposed to do for free and quicker. Tried to cancel almost as soon as I hit enter yet they wouldn't refund me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
