    This owner's website says she'll respond in 1-2 business days. She ignored me for WEEKS. I finally reached out to The Brush Factory where Happy Camper has her kiosk. The owner/manager at The Brush Factory immediatly started yelling at me on the phone calling me a liar and threatened to sue me for libel if I posted any bad reviews. All I wanted to do was exchange an item I had purchased for my husband's birthday. I did most of my correspondence through text trying to explain what I wanted to exchange the original item for. As I said, this Happy Camper owner ignored me for weeks. My receipt only has the total (95.00). I had forgotten I also purchased a plant the same day. I wasnt trying to get over on them or lying about anything. I just wanted a response from an owner who claims in writing on her website that she'll get back to you in one or two business days.
    I dont like being called a liar and I don't like being threatened with libel by a store owner. I should have known when a business has no bathroom and they tell you to go urinate in the woods out back that it is not in any way professional. To this day (July 22nd) The owner of Happy Camper still has not reached out. Terrible experience!
