    Great company to work with, Joe and his team showed up on time. They were able to remove and install the new unit in no time! High recommend!

    Our HVAC(A/C) would not run properly. Called Integrity Heating and Air. They came out the same day. The technician was very professional and explained in detail it was our drain pan that was clogged and backed up. A couple hours later it was good as new! Everything thing cleaned up.

    I had an amazing experience with Integrity Heating and Air from start to finish. Their customer service is truly exceptional—everyone I interacted with, from the office staff to the technicians, was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

    The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Special shoutout to the owner, Joe—he’s fantastic! It’s clear that he cares deeply about both his customers and his team.

    Company is not resolving heating issues heater currently not working called company no one has contacted me to resolve issue they will come out but when they come to my home the issue is unable to be resolved I purchased this system 7/3/24 and I have had problems with it from the beginning from a oil leak that caused damages to my property to now no heat on 1/22/25 I called because my heat stopped working today is 3/18/25 and my heat still isn’t working this company is HORRIBLE

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Integrity Air Delaware for the installation of a mini-split system in my home office, as well as a 200-amp electrical upgrade, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process! From the start, Emily, the salesperson, was fantastic. She took the time to understand my needs, explained all my options in detail, and helped me select the perfect system to keep my office comfortable year-round.

    Michael, the installer, was incredibly skilled and professional. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was installed perfectly. His attention to detail was impressive, and he left my home spotless after the installation. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work.

    Jose, the project manager, kept everything running smoothly. He communicated with me throughout the project, making sure I was aware of each step and that the timeline stayed on track. His management skills and customer service were top-notch, giving me peace of mind from start to finish.

    Overall, I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work and level of professionalism I received from the entire team at Integrity Air Delaware. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient company for HVAC or electrical upgrades, I highly recommend giving them a call!

    Horrible company they came out and installed a heater ac unit and water heater after installing the equipment I smelled gas called company and was told someone would come out to check equipment they never came or called me back final after several attempts was able to speak to someone and was told no one was able to come out until Friday I had the equipment installed Wednesday so I had to inhale gas fumes for two days until someone was able to come out the 24/7 emergency services they offer are a joke
