Scumbags. As featured on scammer.info. Wish I'd known before they conned me with a fake letter and fake website that Avast Security later alerted me was dangerous! Now I'm disputing the one charge they tricked me into making and I've filed reports with the FBI, FTC, and contacted my local police as the FBI said to do. Thank you Avast Security or I might've still gone on planning a vacation with my family that never would have come to pass.

Zero Stars-This is a full on scam. Every single thing they said on the phone to sell me a cruise for 2 for $349 was a lie! After purchase I began searching for cruises, once I found the one that would work with my schedule I called the number provided. The representative asked why I wanted to book so soon, that I had 2 years to use it. I advised I purchased it to use it. She then advised that she would have to submit my request for my "certificate" and then they would actually book my cruise. A couple days later I received my certificate and that is when I learned there would be approximately $500 more dollars in fees / deposits to book. On top of the fact I could not just chose the cruise I had already picked, I had to have an additional date with 30 days between the two and they would decided which one I could take. On top of the fact that they failed to mention I could not sail in June, July or August (peak season) so I can sail in Hurricane season, I suppose! I called requesting a refund because what was sold to me was not I had received. The representative said time had expired and I could not get my money back. I advised I would call my credit card company to dispute the charge and he told me "good luck with that". American Express advised me to reach out to the number provided with the charge which was to be the "main office" but it was not, it was just a reservation office who advised I could not get my money back and attempted to send me a whole new document that I had not received before and state it was the original email. I have the original email, and they were not the same. I went to make a complaint with BBB and they advised to wrote a review first! This is a huge scam if you fell for their lies CANCEL and request refund immediately. If you didn't fall for their lies, DON'T!!

What a horrible experience. Gave them $793 for 2 separate vacation packages in September of 2023. Began trying to book the Margaritaville Cruise and hotel in November and couldn't book any dates because, supposedly they hadn't been able to get a new contract with the hotel for 2024. Tried to book a few more times on the phone with their Customer Care Department. They couldn't book it, same excuse. Asked for refund; they said not available after 30 days. Generally rude and unhelpful representatives. Offered me a new package, that I didn't really want but felt I was going to lose my money if I didn't take something. Tried to book the new package, they can't just book it, you have to pick two dates and send them $150 more and then you are sent a Certificate by email. When you receive it, you call and a reservations rep tells you are in a windowless small cabin in the belly of a Carnival Cruise ship and to get a better cabin will cost additional money. I complain that it will make my total cost higher than booking direct and she explains her company only receives the $150 and she doesn't even know the name of the company who took the $793. Customer Service claims they didn't take the money, it was some unrelated, maybe even unknown marketing company, even though the phone number on the credit card statement goes to them. The reservation company doesn't know the name of the company that sent out the Certificate. Anyone working for this company should be ashamed.

I WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS. I was called for a promotional deal on a cruise. I know there are scams out there like this but because I've actually gone on a cruise like this in the past I didn't think much of it. Foolish on my part, however went ahead and paid $99 in December 2023 and then $33 for the next 3 months. $198 in total. I have been trying to book a trip for the last month or longer but I keep getting the run around. I always speak to the same 3 people. 2 men and a woman they all have different excuses of why I can't book. They've told me they are super busy so reservations will call me once they aren't. I've been told they arent booking for July yet(and we're in June now) they've told me they are changing the schedule so they won't be booking until Sept or Oct. This was to be my 10th yr anniversary trio with my husband and it is ruined because of this scam "company" When I tried to resolve it the man yelled at me. I told him not to yell at me and he hung up. I called back and the "company" mysteriously is closed according to the automated system at 3 pm on a Wednesday. My husband called from his number and it went through with no problem. Spoke with the lady and she gives my husband the excuse they haven't started booking for July again. I started talking and she said thank you goodbye. He called back got the man who yelled at me initially. The guys says you can't get a refund because it's after the 30 days. So now we are out of $198 dollars because of this scamming company. Watch out!

Was given false information. Pricing was changed from what we were first told. The time frame had expired before we were contacted for any dates. When we called we were passed from one person to another each blaming the other person or some other entity. They also hung up on us when we tried to discuss the issues.

This company took $178 out of my account instead of $50. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get it back. Money taken on 6/16. After multiple calls and emails, I finally got a call on 7/13. Was reassured that refund would be done in 10 days. It's now 8/3. Called AGAIN, was told refund was processed, would contact accounting, then hung up on me. Rude, unprofessional, and unethical. On top of that, I had to have my card shut down because of a separate fraud transaction, but the agent would not take any information or my phone number to have someone call me back.
