    On 13.05.2025, I wanted to try the free version of the Smodin application on the Smodin website. However, the application asked me to enter my credit card information for free use, I entered my credit card information to try it, but then I received a message that an annual fee was charged, I immediately canceled the subscription, there is incorrect and incomplete information on this site, an annual fee was charged for a service I did not receive, there is no information for the withdrawal period, when I write to the company about the issue, they say they will not refund, they always give the same answer, I would be glad if you help me to eliminate my grievance and to refund my 5191 Turkish Lira fee.
