      This is a horrible company to do business with. I purchased coffee online through them and never received it; yet they kept billing me anyway. Trying to contact them is a joke and when you can get a person on the phone it's even worse. I was charged for 4 shipments, never received and had to fight for months to get refunds. I am still owed 1 more refund for a December 2022 charge, but Gevalia said before they can refund it [and they acknowledged that they know the coffee was never sent] they needed to find out from the warehouse why it was not sent! So... I get charged for something not received and now they refuse to refund because they want to research first??? How insane is this. Sounds like the ultimate scam to me. DO NOT BUY FROM GEVALIA; YOU WILL REGRET IT.
