      Bad Deal on Engine The truck engine I received from Spark Auto Salvage in June 2022 was a lesser product than the one originally selected for purchase. After contacting the sales manager about this, I was instructed to get the lesser part installed and determine whether everything works properly before calling back for an adjustment. The sales manager was called by phone several times and left numerous emails but no one has returned my call or responded to an email four months after the engine was installed in July 2022. Spark sold the engine claiming it had 40,000 miles on it but when the part was delivered to my auto repair shop, a tag on the motor listed mileage at 93,000 miles. Before the engine arrived, I was never contacted about a lesser part getting shipped to my repair shop or whether I still wanted a part with more miles. This is not the business practice I expected.
