    Can we leave a 0 for Rating? These people are the worst in the industry what do they OFFER? Fast, talk, slick packages, best deals in the world they can't deliver on. After 10 months it was obvious these people are a JOKE. You could outsource direct to India and offer a better product. After asking for the entire 10 months to get passwords and login credentials for Instagram no luck they refuse to provide. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY... Use a local vendor for your website then you can go visit face to face ****** is what he calls himself is a lying phony POS..

    Dudley vision for our shopify store was outstanding.. From product listing to adding cart button, the user experience is smooth.. Reign team support ensures all activities contributing to online sales. I personally recommend there SEO... then try applying Ads to social media it will do wonders.. Thanks to Zack for the suggestion.

    This company has to change their name in order to avoid customer complaint. I asked for a logo to be designed by Reign Web Experts (this is another DBA). The logos they provided, very clearly “sucked”. I was able to design a better looking app with a free online service. Stay away from this POS company!

    I signed up for their logo service paid $99 I was shown samples of their work and was promised a 24 hour turn around time. After signing up for the service I was assigned to someone named Susan who gave me some concepts that looked nothing like the examples given to me. When I bought this to her attention she stated she would revise them but never did instead she ignored my numerous emails, calls, and messages to the company via their Facebook messenger. After days of no responses I asked for my money back I still got no reply. I then threatened to file a complaint with the bbb and other sites after which I finally got a response. I was then sent more concepts that again was nothing like the samples sent. I asked for my money back for the 8th time to I got the response we already did the work. I told them they breached our contract by not following thru with the 24 hour turnaround time frame and ignoring my attempts to contact them. I no longer wish to use this company's terrible service and they refuse to give me back my money.

    Okay. I connected with this business to develop a website for my footcare business. I worked with a website designer who rough-up a satisfactory design. On May 19, 2022, I paid $1099.00 for website design and maintenance. The services were never delivered. My site wasn't launched. My emails are not returned. Their phone is disconnected and no response to the chatbot. I'm angry. Don't have anything to do with this entity.
