    Do not hire if you are moving out of state. They will hire con artists that will rob you. And if you catch them on camera they will wash their hands of you and tell you to file a police report that there is nothing more they can do even after you provide them the video proof. They made sure to talk about their tip the entire time as well and promote their side business of vitamins. So much furniture broken and damaged and I was just told to file a home owners claim and police report from a different state 2700 miles away. Please do yourself a favor and run far away from this company!

    We are sad to hear about your experience with our company.  I understand we provided loading services into a rented truck for your eventual do-it-yourself move to your final destination.  In the case of an alleged theft, we encourage our customers to file a police report with your local department and our office will cooperate with an investigation as requested by law enforcement.  We strive to provide high quality relocation services and with your feedback, work to improve our overall services in the future.

    Paid $4k to move my things two hours away. They did not load everything. They left behind two carloads of items that I had to find someone to go get. They did not move my desk which my brother had to throw out because they didn’t have the means to move it. Had to buy new desk and pay to have it put together costing me $700. Had to give gas money to brother for bringing items to me. Than, once unpacked, found out the movers took my deceased husbands coin collection worth hundreds of dollars and something I planned on handing down to his grandchildren.

    I am sorry to hear about your experience with our company. We believe additional items were added to your original quote of which was added on moving date. Thus a reason why the truck ran out of room.
    We encourage customers to give an accurate list of items be moved and not make last minute changes, thus these changes makes for new challenges. We are unaware of a claim of a missing coin collection. We appreciate your feedback, We will use this information to improve our overall services.
