  I called D&T recently for a no heat call . Their employe **** came out and said I needed a new inducer motor. D&T quoted over $1,000 dollars for a new motor. Lucky we called a second opinion and it was just a capacitor . The tech spend 10 minutes at my house only to tell me a false diagnosis. Get second opinions if you’re going to use D&T

  Early one Saturday morning, we unexpectedly woke up to our home being extremely cold. Our heat had went out in the middle of the night. We tried to do a basic trouble shoot, but were unsuccessful. We called D&T Heating and Cooling, Inc. and within a couple hours, someone was at our door to help. They were able to get our heat up and running, but indicated that a new part would need to be ordered for our system. Once the part came in, they came back out to do the actual repair. The technician came within the estimated time frame and the repair was done before we knew it. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helped teach us some things about our system, preventative maintenance, etc. He explained things in a way that we could understand, which I appreciated so much not being a mechanical type person. I thought for sure we would be looking at a ridiculous bill for the repeat visits and the level of service we received. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. D&T did not price gouge us at all, even with the Saturday call! After that, we also had an issue with our AC unit. Since we received such great service the first time around, we called D&T again. Another technician responded who was just as fantastic as our first experiences. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very respectable. Once again, he educated us on our cooling system in a way we could understand and the repair was done in a timely manner. D&T has repeatedly provided with us with exceptional service. The work they’ve done has maintained and we’ve had no further issues with our HVAC at all. Every person we’ve ever been in contact with from the company has been down-to-earth, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. In my opinion, their team is nothing less than phenomenal. We will continue to solely use D&T for all of our heating and cooling needs. If you’re looking for affordable, dependable, and trustworthy HVAC service, we highly recommend D&T Heating and Cooling, Inc.

  I have been using D&T since the business opened for all of my hvac needs including maintenance. They are professional, wear shoe covers and clean up the areas before leaving. Pat replaced my water heater, removing the old and disposing it. I had a mini split installed in my bedroom last year by Mark and it works great keeping my bedroom cool which is over the garage. It’s so quiet and doesn’t take up window space. Mark & Pat sealed all my ductwork with Aero Seal and found the area that had the most leakage was in the walls around my garage. The system found duct leaks throughout my house. Once the service was completed, I got a printed report of a drastic reduction in duct leaks. In September I had my furnace and a/c replaced which runs much quieter than my old one. Ryan and Jose worked well as a team. All of the equipment installed was registered by Stacie to ensure my units are fully warrantied and I didn’t have to do a thing. I highly recommend this company! Larry A
