  *** is an unequal lender, and has deceptive lending practices. I work for a medium sized business lending firm in DC, and the I've processed more than 50 clients for funding with the *** in the past. After about 30 days, I noticed the African American, and Hispanic clients applications were being withdrawn from receiving funding, while my Caucasian, and Middle Eastern clients were still pending, or approved. Withdrawn applications with the *** means they were removed from potentially being approved without being declined. The *** was withdrawing our minority clients without giving them an opportunity to be approved. This has happened several times to our clients, and is still happening.

  Warning: Unfortunate Experience with Sheila S****, SCORE Volusia/Flagler, and 5 Milestones I am reaching out to share a regrettable encounter I had with Sheila S**** at SCORE Volusia/Flagler and 5 Milestones, an experience that has left a lasting negative impact on my business and raised serious concerns about professional ethics. What adds to the distressing nature of this situation is Sheila's awareness of my health struggles and the fact that she intentionally filed a dispute just after I requested her not to do so, explaining the impact it would have on my loan application. Despite my constant communication and updates on my circumstances during this three-week period, she took actions that were not only detrimental to my business but also displayed a lack of professionalism and empathy. In addition to the video campaign incident, I had an unfortunate experience providing discounted services for a holiday event organized by SCORE Volusia/Flagler. Sheila, representing SCORE, extended the filming commitments beyond our agreed terms and failed to fulfill promises of promotion and advertising. At the event, I was completely disregarded, and they even forgot to pay me. The promised payment, initially expected in 3 weeks, took 6 weeks to materialize, with explanations of a "snafu" and assurances that such treatment of vendors was not their usual practice. This further exposes Sheila S****'s lack of integrity and professionalism. Given my firsthand experience, I feel compelled to caution others against engaging with 5 Milestones, SCORE Volusia/Flagler, or Sheila S****. This encounter underscores the dishonesty and harm caused by these entities, and I strongly advise potential clients to reconsider affiliations with individuals and companies that exhibit such questionable ethics. Thank you for your time, and I hope this serves as a warning to others considering professional engagements with Sheila S****, SCORE Volusia/Flagler, and 5 Milestones.
