This company is a total scam and racket. As a physician who was leasing space in a medical office building they service, I was told to pay for parking at the building from this company at 5530 Wisconsin Ave. I have tried to cancel my subscription many times. First by going on their site called Parking.com in October of 2022. When I logged in it showed my parking was canceled, and this made sense as I had told the building that I would no longer be leasing there. To my surprise, they continued to charge my credit card for next 11 months! I have sent several emails to the parking people at the building and spoke with SP Plus online, and it is impossible to get them stop billing me. When speaking to someone at SP Plus, it turns out that there is an alternate part of their Parking.com website, that shows CONTRADICTORY information regarding whether the client is a monthly parker. It is a deceptive way to make the user think that they are not monthly parker's and then have some other part of a website, in which it is difficult to find or navigate to, in which they then state that you are in fact a monthly parker. Nevertheless, despite deleting my card from the site as per the direction of SP Plus personnel, I am getting threatening emails from SP Plus regarding an overdue bill for this month! Unbelievable. These people need to be investigated, and hit with a class action law suit, as I am sure I am not the first person that this has happened to.
