- We sell services, so there is no refund/exchange policy, since these are not physical goods, and once a job is underway people are getting paid for their time, which is not easy for us to undo (as in a physical product return). That said, we do work very hard to keep our clients happy, so if for one reason or another a client is not happy, we promise to work tirelessly to resolve the issue in a fair and equitable manner, hopefully to the client's complete satisfaction. All in all, our clients matter to us very much, and we prioritize their happiness.
