I was employed as an education consultant for Fusion Cyber from July 2023 through March 12, 2024. The CEO, ***** ******, has failed to pay me for the period from January through March 12, 2024. When I brought this to his attention, he ignored my invoices and requests for payment until March 7, 2024.On March 7, ***** informed me and several other employees that the company lacked sufficient cash flow to pay everyone. He proposed that we accept stock in lieu of payment. I declined this offer and repeatedly requested payment, explaining that I could not work without compensation.I informed ***** that my last day of consulting would be March 26, 2024. In response, he terminated my contract effective March 12, 2024, making unfounded accusations against my character and refusing to pay me. I have documented all my hours, emails, and invoices. This is reportedly not the first instance of ***** ****** refusing to pay his contractors. He is now instructing me not to contact him or his employees and is attempting to negotiate a payment significantly lower than what he owes me.Fusion Cybers office is located at ***********************************************.

Mr. ****** resigned in both our Student Slack channel and our Employee Slack channel, his outstanding balance for January 2025, which was 9 days outstanding on Net-30, has been paid and the team is working with him to resolve, document, and pay any other balances under similar terms. This is a private matter, and not really a BBB issue. Thank you

It is my intent to keep the BBB, the *******************, and my attorney current. Once the CEO fully satisfies all past due amounts in accordance with our contract and state and federal labor laws, unfortunately, the CEO's actions don't make it a private issue. I will continue to be honest in my reporting on this matter until it has been satisfied. This includes my right to speak with various agencies, including the courts, until it is resolved.I would like to work with the CEO in a more professional and honest way, but asking legal and other agencies for support seems to be the only option, considering the emails that were exchanged ! Yes, I did receive partial payment for January's past due amount on 19 January , but there is still an outstanding past due balance for January. I did demand payment for February and March after my contract was abruptly terminated following my two-week notice. I believe, in accordance with state and federal laws, I am owed all money within 24 hours, which makes January's period of performance 19 days past due and the others due now. This is an unfortunate situation for Fusion Cyber , but I am owed payment and served Fusion Cyber well thru hard work and dedication during my tenure - my termination and fair well to my students and colleagues was done in a professional manner and there is no law or contract that prohibits my methodology for communicating my departure - Dr. ******

"I resigned with a two-week notice after Fusion Cyber's CEO was several days late in fulfilling January's payment obligations. Furthermore, my resignation stemmed from the CEO's own admission, via several meetings, that he was unable to pay, and his demonstrated unwillingness to satisfy all payments in full. I felt that my voluntary resignation, two-week notice, and refusal of the CEO's alternative payment options resulted in retaliatory actions. Specifically, the CEO abruptly terminated my contract and presented a settlement offer that was a fraction of the amount owed, forcing me to seek legal counsel and contact the ********************Contrary to CEO ***** *****'s assertion that this is a private matter, it is a contractual and legal issue. I believe he is operating his business in disregard of legal, ethical, and contractual obligations, which the Better Business Bureau (BBB) should be aware of. After thoroughly reviewing my contracts and consulting with legal counsel, I am confident that Mr. ***** is in breach of contract and must fulfill all outstanding payments. While a partial payment was made on March 19th for an amount that was 20 days overdue, this does not resolve the matter. The CEO's abrupt contract termination, which I believe was in retaliation for my refusal of his alternative payment options and his failure to pay according to contract terms, entitles me to full payment within 24 hours of my last day, as he himself acknowledged.I am compelled to report this to the BBB and other relevant agencies because other current and former employees have reported similar payment issues. I should not be subjected to false allegations when demanding my rightful pay, nor should I incur legal expenses and time to recover what is owed. This is a systemic problem, and other employees have come forward. Therefore, I must report this to the BBB." as of 20 March, Fusion Cyber owes me in excess of ******, I sent updated invoices to his self appointed company POC he designated to communicate with me!
