    Very frustrating experience!!!Be aware if you are renting cars form this company SIXT is German Company
    Company is not transparent. Clerk may lie to you and you will be surprised with your final bill.
    The clerk told me that he was going to charge me for 3 x times “Supplemental Liability” $16.99 (each) I was actually charged 4 x times and clerk also told me he was going to charge me for 3 x times “Toll pass” $22.00 (each) I was actually charged 4 x times.
    TOTAL OF $38.99 ADDITIONAL CHARGES BECAUSE I WAS DECEIVED!!!
    I used my American Airlines points for this reservation and I was still charged $235.08.
    There are additional fees that the company will charge you without tell you, on my case, please see the bellow charges:
    Vehicle License - $1.56 USD
    Customer Contract Fee - $14.00 USD
    AP Concession Recovery Fee - $35.04 USD
    Sales Tax 8% + Rental Car Tax 2.00% - $24.75 USD
    Sales Tax 8.00% - $3.92 USD
    Rental Car Tax 2,00% USD 1.36
    TOTAL OF $80.63 (OR MORE) USD THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED OF HIDDEN FEES!!!
    Additionally, the Vehicle had a horrible smell of cigarette/ smoke inside of it and I had to go back to the airport, missed precious time of my family vacation to swap a car – I emailed the company to make some consideration to this inconvenience but they did care less.
    I will be posting this on the max social media that I can and I will be available if you want a copy of my invoice to prove it.
