I had a silk screening light pole banner project come across my desk and I thought I would give Project Graphics an opportunity to secure my business. At first things went smoothly, proofs sent proofs approved, my account exec said it would take 4-6 weeks for completion. After 5 weeks I reached out to my account exec and she states that there are having quality control issues and that her superior would call to follow up....NO call. I called the next week and finally talked to her boss who stated that they had staffing as well as quality issues and that I would receive the order by by mid Feb. Mid Feb came and went, no call from Project Graphics. I called again and was told I should have the order by the end of Feb (3 months from original order). The first week of March I finally received the banners and could not believe my eyes. The postmark of the banner package was from ******** **** ********* *********  This company had subcontracted my banner job out to ******  Very disappointing since I had another quote from a company here in ******* that keeps everything in house. The quality of the received canvas banners was suspect and the finishing poor. I discussed quality with my client and they approved the installation of the banners. Be wary of this company, there communication is awful and they do NOT produce all of their products in the USA. ****

We feel badly that this project ran late. Large format screen printing remains to be a craft where prints are produced by hand. Our screen-print facility in ******* frequently gets backlogged with screen print orders as most prints are done digitally or via a dye dispersion process....which is fully automated. To this end, our production manager is authorized to utilize print partners to pull things forward. Fabrics for the screen print banners are purchased from vendors in ***** ***** *** ******. There is a limited number of fabric mills in the US who produce this specific product and we try to offer a wide variety of colors and options from all our suppliers. Like many other items traditionally purchased in the print industry, much if it comes from overseas. Our intention to outsource some of our printing was only done to expedite a late shipments. The process of drying the large format screens and printing one unit at a time is lenthy and requires skilled craftsmen. To satisfy our late delivery complaint we offer $1000 refund and the balance of the order put on account for future orders. Again, we are not happy that this job was late, but periodically that happens and we do our best to internally evaluate what we could have done better.. We have been printing for 32 years and take this complaint seriously. Our team apologizes sincerely.
