    0 star review!!!After months of research I purchased a new countertop and workstation sink from Home Depot,who uses Distinctive Countertops LLC to install.The owner from Distinctive came to my house,measured and took the sink with him to attach it to the counter.When the installers showed up to install,the counter was the wrong size.Instead of bringing it back to the warehouse to fix, they decided to“Mickey Mouse”it in my house.I was at work and my elderly parents were home calling me with what was happening.I had to leave work and come home to find they sanded,inside my house, one side uneven and then notched the other side.There was dust all over and they tried to cover up the mistake with caulk.They didn’t cut the hole big enough for the sink so none of my workstation accessories will fit.They were rude,combative, unapologetic and unprofessional.I contacted the office several times during and after this installation and was told the owner would call me.A week later the owner called & blocked his phone number.He blamed me and claimed his installers are“professional”.He never apologized and said he had to contact **** ***** and he“might”have to come back to look at it.In the meantime,while waiting for a callback,they sent me an email saying they submitted pictures (which were grainy & didn’t show the true damage) to **** ***** and HD was satisfied with the install.I sent my clear pictures to the company and Home Depot.Then almost 2 months later the owner called and left a message stating they were coming out the next day between 12 and 2pm.I immediately returned his call with no answer and left a message stating I was not available until 3pm.I never heard back, and no one showed up.To this day I still haven’t heard from anyone.After 3 months,over 50 phone calls and several emails nothing has been resolved and no one has called me.The time,money & energy put into this project to have it done incorrectly and be treated horribly is completely unprofessional.
