They have not completed the job but the gentlemen who came out to help us move where amazing in how they treated us and the work they did. They really did work hard. And its a 2 step process move they are doing for us because of my situation. They were here when the other movers showed up after i canceled and they were supportive and encouraging of what i had to deal with and our situation. The woman i spoke with was amazing. I called her expalined my situation and said i know its probably not possible to move me out today or tomorrow but i was supposed to be out today and the other movers havent followed through. She was able to get a team out and truck unloaded for us same day. Now there actions showed they truly understood my situation and were willing to help. Not many companies or people are willing to do this. From my first call to all day words and actions have been amazing. They littlerarally came in and saved the day for us. We need more companies and people like this because there is so much bad in the world and when dealing with domestic violence we cant mess around with time schedules or money. So very thankful!

Using Fallon a second time was a disastrous experience. I was very disappointed. This time, their movers were inexperienced and sloppy. My TV screen was shattered because they failed to box it, though I paid for this service. My bureau may have fallen in the truck because the edges were broken and drawers no longer align and close. Any furniture they moved was damaged beyond repair. Fallon will reimburse by weight which translates into a fraction of the cost of the damage they created. Potential customers beware, this company is a sham and seems to use inexperienced staff who don’t know or care about your items. Boxes were broken and piled one above the others, despite labels of items being fragile. The stress of moving was beyond anything I ever experienced, and I have moved many times!

I would like to address this in order. First, the TV box was NOT paid to be be packed. It was not on the estimate to be packed, nor was it requested and does not reflect on the invoice. To say that all the furniture moved is beyond repair is a gross over statement. A claim has been put in for SOME furniture that was moved, not ALL. Pictures of three pieces of furniture have been provided. The claim and pictures show scratches, some are older and normal wear on furniture. Nothing damaged beyond repair. However, customer opted to prepare her own furniture by shrink wrapping it herself, so it was impossible for the team to see what it looked like prior. Nor is this a normal standard for a customer, but this was what she wanted. Customer packed all her own belongings, so we are unable to see how the items were packed or looked prior to us having possession. At delivery, crew put boxes where she asked, as there were many they had to be stacked, which seemed to upset her. They were not stacked wrong, nor were the stacked too high. Fragile boxes were treated as such. Nothing in them was damaged. To have used us in the past and like the move enough to use us again and then call us a "sham" is inaccurate. Customer has filed a claim and it is being handled appropriately and timely. It is disappointing to have a team work for a customer, do their best to take care of the customer and in turn have her be rude to the team on site, and still they do all that is asked of them

The movers were beyond unprofessional. 1. Antique furniture was dented 2. Movers dropped a safe on and cracked my tile floors. When I filed a claim, and followed up on it (6 weeks later) they denied it due to a lack of edging. Pretty sure if a 200 lb safe was dropped on any tile it would crack. 3. The following morning at 8:30 am the movers were wandering around my backyard looking for the equipment they thought they had left in my backyard, and proceeded to knock on my door, despite being told over the phone there was no equipment there. Do not use this unprofessional company.

Customer is upset over claim. Claim was put in for damage to flooring and nothing else. It is clear that it needs to be filled out completely and as accurately as possible. It also explains that claims department has 30 days to respond. Customer called 3 weeks after the claim was sent in to make sure that we had received it. A week later, questions were asked of the customer, as the claim was not filled out accurately. When questions were asked customer was unhappy and not helpful. Specifically asked what dollar figure the customer was looking for under replacement cost. She did not have an answer, and therefore we could not pay out a claim. Based on the limited information provided, claim was denied.

This does not match the communication. I received from this business. The reasoning I was given was that my claim was denied is that floor did not have proper edging. (My floor definitely wouldn’t be cracked if the movers didn’t drop something heavy on it) I asked how I am supposed to obtain this specific information about the cost- am I supposed to get a quote from a flooring person? I received no response to that question. I don’t have a knowledge of tiling so not sure how I am supposed to get that information without that type of quote. Instead of asking this clarifying questions I was just told the claim was denied. It also was 6 weeks after the move that I followed up, incredibly frustrated by the slowness to respond, and lack of communication. I was only ever contacted, each time after I reached out.. The woman I spoke to on the phone was frustrated that I had even asked for a phone call and to have an idea of a timeline 6 weeks after the incident occurred. From my perspective the claim was denied because she was frustrated with my request for a timeline again 6 weeks after. Furthermore, the whole move was a disaster and I only followed up on my damaged and relatively new tile floors.
