    Unfair practice. Quoted one price and then bill me for a higher price. Owner cannot explain why the price increased.

    The nurse dropped off her car stating she is a traveling nurse and needed her car back the same day. The vehicle was repaired that day as promised. The customer was called, texted, and emailed regarding the completion, which she acknowledged. The car stayed for 3 days with no response from the customer. When the customer was called she was very pugnacious and combative. The customer was accessed a storage fee which was explained to her.

    I’m not a travel nurse so that was never discussed. I have text messages from this owner during this whole exchange. Even if it’s not resolved by BBB I’m taking this business to court. On the bill I received it clearly states any car left after 48 hours has a $20 daily fee. I was charged $100 for storage how is that $20. I have the original bill that was quoted then when I got to business the bill dramatically changed.
