    I will never buy a nother thing from them. I have a $3,200 dollar peace of metal that doesn't work. Their service tech, charged me $500 for a part and never fixed the issue, and stopped returning my calls. Told the sales / service people . And the owner never called to apologize nor try to work things out. Again won't refer nor deal with them again. Not the way to do business.

    Ghosted. Waited 4 months for an appt. To fix our gas fireplace. Brett came out on 8/29/22, but failed to fix it. Called back in Oct to let them know. Tom came out on 11/2/22 & failed to fix it. At least not charged. Tom told us he would get back to us after he checked with a coworker. Called once on Nov 16 to follow up after not hearing back from anyone & left VM because their VM tells customers not to call more than once - quite demanding. No response a/o 1/4/23. So we were forced to take it apart ourselves as this is the primary heating source in our family room. Cleaned the vent, as no one actually did this, replaced a few parts & it is working once again. No one could call us & tell us it was not a job for them? Their VM states do not leave multiple messages so I did not. Worst customer service ever. Kudos to ********  Disappointed as this company came highly recommended.
