    Easy 5 stars. 10 is more like it! I have dealt with many plumbers over the years and yet to find one that I could trust. Until now. Advanced Rooter Plumber (ARP) can do it all and they proved it with our clogged bathtub drain that we thought was going to be a simple fix. Water was backing up in our downstairs tub when flushing the toilet or shower upstairs. I tried for 2 hours to clear the drain with no luck. I searched the internet once again for a plumber to call. Did a search on the BBB website and found ARP. Even though I couldn’t find any reviews I called after checking out their website. Adam, (the owner) called me back shortly after 5:30. I told him the problem. He offered to send a technician over but I felt morning would be better. Henry arrived at 9 am on the dot. Very polite, and went to work troubleshooting. He Isolated the area in a pipe in the basement where the clog was. He told me the cost to fix it that was very reasonable. He explained what he had to do and removed the upstairs toilet and tried snaking it with no luck. The house was built in the 1942 still had original cast iron pipes. After about 2 hours it became a 2 man job as Henry called for backup. Henry and another tech used a camera that showed where the clog was and how bad. The pipe was just about closed with layers of rust. The first descaler they used couldn't cut through the rust. Another hour passed when Adam came by to discuss some options. Due to the location of the jam it was best to use a more powerful descaler. They were confident this is the best way to fix the issue. Finally, after 5 total hours they cleared the pipe and the water flowed like it hasn’t for years. We were amazed! The best part is they cleaned both bathrooms, put everything back. We didn't need to clean a thing. OUTSTANDING! And the final cost was more than fair. This is my first review EVER. It’s my way of thanking Adam, Henry and their entire crew for a job WELL DONE.
