    Please DO NOT use this company. I have worked with many trades as a former property manager and this company is one of the worst I've ever worked with. Their front end staff gets a D because they don't follow up and the customer, me, had to chase down the date and time when service will be performed. The first time a tech came out it was for a diagnosis and he advised that we needed a new door closer for our heavy glass door. The second time they came out, two techs said we didn't need a new door closer and just made some adjustments to the timing of the closure. The door still did not close properly. I called the company and asked them to come back out again to install the closure and make sure the door closed properly. When the techs came back for the third time, they installed the closure. It took 3 visits to get the job done correctly. When we got the bill, the labor rates were higher. When I called to ask why, I was told that their rates increased. Even though it was their mistake and had to come out multiple times, they did not honor the initial estimate from the first tech. They are overpriced and lack customer service and technician skills. I DO NOT recommend Automatic Door Doctor.
