  John took my cold call, At 72 I was having problems with a "receivable" asset.  John sold me, I purchased it years ago. I felt like I was talking with a knowledgeable friend. Explained my asset, and offered me advice which help me with my decisions, John did so knowing that it would net him nothing....Thank you for sharing your expertise, and offering me the time understand.....JF

  John Darer at 4structures.com is very pleasant and inviting to talk with. He has a wealth of knowledge, empathetic to others needs, and passionate about his job. I contacted John and explained my concerns, and John jumped right in and handled my concerns by making the necessary calls for me, and was able to solve my issues in a short amount of time. He treated me like I was part of his family even though he doesn't know me personally. He put me at ease, I felt safe, and in good hands with John. He was professional throughout my phone call with him. He solved my problem/concerns without ever charging me a penny. Actually, from my interaction with John I'm sure a promotion is in order, because that's how knowledgeable, passionate and inviting John was with me, and I'm sure he's the same way with other consumers as well. I really enjoyed talking with him. It was my pleasure. He's a wonderful man. I wish more people were like John Darer which would make the world a better place. Thanks agin John.

  John Dared with 4structures.com is an amazing person. I called John, out of the blue, regarding getting some advice on solving a structured settlement problem. Immediately, a he called me, and provided unique and valuable solutions. He donated at least a 1 hr of his time, plus additional follow-ups. Further, due to the situation, he stood to have zero chance to gain from his help. John is just that kind of person - looking to share his knowledge and help people.
