    I came in once before for a similar job and it was $42. This time, $140.. At the end of the day they told me. I wasted a lot of curt's time and they were going to charge me accordingly. I was charged over $140 for 12-14 pages of self serve color copies of which I supplied all of the paper. There is a sign right next to the copier ".50 per color copy. " Update: I made a typo error on one of the labels rapid press printed and had to redo 20 of the labels. Naturally, I didn't go back to rapid press and went to FedEx kinkos instead. Guess what? No problems with the printer or my paper at kinkos. FedEx charged me $4.60 to print and then $11 for cutting 20 labels. Grand total of **$15.60** and I was there for 15 minutes. If I do the math my entire job at rapid press would have cost around $40 here at fedex. Go back and read what rapid press charged me and how the owner resorted to name calling when confronted about the high charges. The owner called me a child for asking about the charges. Literally just for asking. They were also unable to explain what the extra charges were for. Stay away from rapid press, curt, and the owner. When their equipment isn't working they apparently will charge you whatever they feel like for their frustrations. They bill you based on their feelings rather than a set pricing structure. The general manager should be fired for name calling but unfortunately wiiliam f****** is one of the owners and was an overall nasty person toward me. He is certainly not fit for a position that interacts with the public. I was singled out and retaliated against because my job didn't agree with them or their equipment. Next time just say we can't do the job because we don't have the right equipment for the job instead of retaliating on a customer because the job is frustrating you due to malfunctioning equipment. We are a social impact company and I take offense when you try to take advantage of others with unscrupulous business practices.
