I’m so sick of this company being posted at ******* sending unwanted weekly or monthly advertisements and I have already filed out an extensive stop contacting me report through their website. Stop coming to my house!!! This is harassment at this point and will not be tolerated. I will never use your services and will continue to tell people the same thing.

I have had their Internet Services since February 10, 2025 n they still have Not Fixed my Billing or Prorated it because of their Mistakes!
I’m on the Internet Assist for Disability & seniors etc. I just feel like they’re playing games and now they’ve shut me off, just Ridiculous, unless they fix it!!
So I’m looking for a new and better company !

Spectrum forgot to apply our discount when we moved, and now we don’t qualify to have it added back on at our new address. We are actually saving more money with *** fiber. They also have billing system issues and are unable to do refunds. Make sure to check your bill for accuracy. Reps can vary from respectful to argumentative.

Purchased a mobile phone and immediately started receiving spam calls asking to register my phone for additional protection. 10 calls a day non-stop. When I answered and asked them to stop calling they would hang up and call back 5 minutes later. Contacted customer support with Spectrum and they said they couldn't help me because it wasn't them. How would a scam company know I had purchased a mobile phone, the make and model, etc when I haven't even used the phone yet unless Spectrum shared my information with a 3rd party site somewhere and now I am getting spam calls left and right. This is a major privacy violation.

My husband is disabled and went into this store and was taken advantage of by the ladies working there. I was out of town and he was trying to do this on his own. They sold him a phone that he didn't want because he had issues with it in the past. He felt forced to buy it and then when he went back the next day to tell them the phone wasn't working properly, a different lady grabbed the phone out of his hand and looked at it and said, " oh yeah, your phone is messed up" and handed it back to him. Now we either have to file a claim to get another phone but we will only be given the same phone he still has and pay a deductible. I feel like they took advantage of my husband because of his disability. Total discrimination for individuals with a disability.

I was looking to switch my cell service from T-Mobile to Spectrum using the device buyout program. When you go to the website it states “ Phone Balance Reimbursement Eligibility and Redemption Terms: Requires purchase and activation of a minimum of three Spectrum Mobile lines with at least one port-in line ("Qualifying Lines"). Must activate all lines within 30 days of order. Payout eligible only for remaining device balance of port-in lines, excluding interest or any other fees. Buyout does not include tablets or wearable mobile devices. Credit eligibility requirements apply. Each ported line provides up to a $500 credit to be applied to total device balance for all ported lines, with a max of five ported lines or $2,500 per account. One offer per account. Must submit application form, and proof of device balance within 30 days of activation. Port-in lines must be active with previous carrier for past 90 days, must submit billing statements showing proof of payment for past 3 months per device, and account must be in good standing. Paid via prepaid card (no cash access and expires in 12 months). No money will be paid by you for the card. Buyout offer may not be combinable with some offers or discounts. Failure to maintain service on all Qualifying Lines for 12 months will result in forfeiture and recovery of entire buyout amounts. Services subject to all applicable service terms and conditions, subject to change. Not available in all areas. Per line activation fee, Spectrum Internet and Auto Pay required. Limited time offer; restrictions apply.” There is no mention of devices have to be paid off for activation. So it is definitely some bait and switch and I am not happy about it already

They are the absolute worst. Been trying to set up home internet service for a month. First appointment they came and marked out for new service line and we were told we needed digging crew. Then they had to postpone that for two weeks so they could repair the hub in our area. Okay, we had an appointment finally and that day they didn’t show. No call, nothing. We call that evening and they say they actually have 7-10 days from our appointment to show up. What? And no apology, no reason given for the no show. Call again because that’s ridiculous and can’t be true. The next person says they will expedite and have appointment the next day. Next day they send technician, who can do nothing because we need digging crew, even though I explained on the phone multiple times that the appointment needed to be digging crew. Call again and they say someone will call, they have appointment in two weeks. Nobody calls, we talk to at least 5 different people who all say they can’t do anything, it’s not their area, but we can’t seem to be transferred to the right person. Call again and customer service person promised to expedite. Their idea of expedite is two days before the appointment they gave us in two weeks. So now it’s been a month with no internet and they think an appointment in another two weeks is satisfactory. And I’m supposed to believe they will even show up. Worst customer service, nobody knows what they’re talking about, and they just don’t care. Almost every time they said someone would call us back they didn’t. We are cancelling the order and I’ll go without before I ever call them again. I don’t know how they have any customers at all. I wish I could give negative stars.

I recently did an Anytime upgrade with spectrum mobile. I had their in-home Internet and I just recently switched to their cell phone service a couple months ago. During the Anytime upgrade I was under the impression it wasn’t gonna cost me anything more a month to swap for a newer phone And there would be no fees. No one ever informed me to be looking for a deadline in an email for the old phone to be returned by because of nobody communicating that with me my phone I guess was returned late my old phone and they’re trying to only give me $182 credit because of that versus 400 so ultimately, they’re trying to charge me $300 for the upgrade after it’s already taken in place. During this upgrade, no one ever mentioned to me anything about a deadline. This is ultimately the sales representative in the company’s fault they should’ve communicated this with their customers. My other phone was only two months old by the way, so it was pretty much brand new that they’re only trying to credit me $180 because it was returned late. I had no idea that there was a date that it had to be returned by because they didn’t tell me that I’ve told multiple people at spectrum mobile this story I have reached out multiple times and I’m getting nowhere this is not right and if anybody calls in to do an upgrade with them, they should disclose all of this important information because it might’ve been like commission for her, but to me it’s almost tried to cost me $400 because of something I was completely unaware of due to lack of communication with the sales representative I’m at the point of disconnecting all of their services and going back to who I had

on april 10 we had a service call because we had no internet or tv. the serviceman found the fiber optic wire broken again(the 2nd time) and replaced the modem at our request . he reported to spectrum that he found nothing wrong. if nothing was wrong why did he spend 1 hr here. we were never notified that there was a service charge nor did we think there would be one. the service charge was 49.99 which we feel we should not have to pay since it was there equipment that failed/. thank you

Spectrum's service is comparable to ********* where I live in ***** However, they do not offer mobile service to anyone who doesn't have their internet service. Unfortunately they do not offer internet in ***** My parents live elsewhere and have had good success with Spectrum. The rep I spoke to told me I could basically do a workaround where I join my parents' plan and then fill out a form to be taken off of it and put on a net new account. I went through that entire process at which point a manager finally told me it was impossible. They will say whatever they can to get new customers. I spent so much time on this process for nothing. Very deceptive practice. Sadly I will probably stay instead of trying to get back on ******* at this point. At least at Spectrum you can get in touch with a manager to complain to! Such a disappointing experience after all the good things I've heard.
