      My service since this company purchased sparklets is abysmal. My delivery has consistently been late resulting in having no water at my house. There has been ZERO feedback on late deliveries outside of the water just not showing up. I tried to call the help desk but one of the numbers of the website does not connect, one that the chat bot pointed me to hung up on me at 5:20 minutes every time i attempted to call, and the chat bot is useless. All i want to do is cancel my service at this point but there is no way to do that online. It told me to call the help service.... which DOESNT FREAKING EXIST. If i could leave 0 stars I would. I am beyond frustrated and just want to not deal with this terrible company anymore. If you cant freaking handle the amount of customers then dont buy a thousand freaking companies that are ACTUALLY taking care of their customers. AWFUL experience.

      My entire experience with this company has been a disaster. See below -
      Original opinion see below for updates: Customer service is good if you have an issue, but I feel like I am always calling because of issues.
      One time the site said our order was delivered but we never got it, had to call. Our other office just had this issue today as well.
      The site said my autopay was set up so no action was necessary, but kept getting charged late fees for the payment not being processed, had to call several times for this.
      We had too many bottles so I reduced our order to 3 (a week in advance) but 4 were delivered (and charged for) anyway, and we also got charged a "late cancelation" fee even though nothing was canceled and we got our delivery. Had to call for this as well.
      Everything ends up getting taken care of which I can appreciate but the constant issues are getting a little ridiculous.
      We have considered finding a new service if we keep having issues.
      3/26/25 Update: This order got delayed 3 or 4 times. and now we got cups that we didn't order which I will probably have to call about because they are probably going to try and charge us for them. What is going on???
      05/08/25 Update: I was charged for the cups I never ordered and so I did an online chat and was told I would get a $10 credit for the cups issues, and I don't see it on my newest invoice so I'm going to have to call about that. Also, I have been noticing that my autopay amount is higher than what my invoices are for. And there's no place on your account to find an actual itemized receipt to explain this difference. This invoice also has charges for April rent and May so now I'm being charged for the machine rental in advance for some reason? This company keeps feeling less trustworthy with every interaction I have. Really feels like they're hoping you don't notice the extra things they charge you for. I would highly recommend you keep a close eye on your account every month.

      They are criminals. My mother went into assisted living so we have been trying to cancel her account. You can not reach anyone in person and they keep hanging up on me. It is unbelievable, they do everything they can to stop you from cancelling your account. Am on my 4th phone call to them today and have spent hours on hold.
      DO NOT start an account with them.

      I have been a customer for about 8 years.
      1. they have been brought by Primo Ban
      ds
      2,. I was never notified of the change
      3. It appeared on my credit card bill
      4. I was charged $2.39 more when I asked they told me that was there policy to charge a credit card free.
      5. in eight years I never had to pay a with credit card fee
      6. the account policy at the time I joined was you can only receive the water delivery if you set up a credit card on fill only.
      the fact they never advised the customer of the change of ownership and the extra charges.
      this is poor business.

      Scam! That’s one word to describe them. They offered a 30 day free trial and to unload my rental equipment and set it up for me. Not only did they not set it up the equipment, customer service was awful. It was like talking to a middle school student with no sign of empathy. Had such a bad experience I did not want to know what would happen later. Had the equipment and 6 unopened bottles and called them to make sure that I can get a refund for the un- used bottles because I did not want the driver to say they were empty. The 2nd representative I had was super nice and informed me that I would get my full refund regardless if I drank the water or not. Which Is why I called to verify in the first place. 2 months passed by and I did not get a refund. I had to call back to only get a partial refund and told that I was a liar that they would never refund me my money for the bottles. If she would have told me that I would not get a refund from the beginning, I would have used the water. Why would I send back un opened water if I cannot get a refund. Even a child could understand this. I told them to listen to the recording because I asked the lady 3 times and we had a whole conversation about me returning the water or if I should use it. It’s been more than a week and I have not received a call and have not been able to reach anyone. Now they merged under ReadyRefresh/ primo brands. Cant believe the audacity these people have to steal money and lie to customers. Even if it’s $100, I want to sue for being lied to and stealing my money.

      Minus zero would be a better overall experience score. My husband died December 7 and the company swears they made a delivery to his business on December 9. They have been billing me with $25 late charges each month since then. You cannot get anyone on the phone that will listen to you. They will overtalk you. After three months of hassling with them, I finally ggot someone that says the account has been zeroed out and I owe nothing
      Then two weeks later I get a notice that they’re getting ready to turn it over to the Credit agency. I have witnesses that no delivery was made on that day. Also on the delivery there were plastic cups. My husband was an extreme environmentalist and would have never ordered plastic cups. Do not do business with these people in any shape or form. I am getting ready to sue them for harassment. They can’t produce an invoice showing anybody signed for their delivery. I am not even on the contract, but they keep sending everything to me. This all started after I tried to get the account switched into my name. I felt like I was talking to a person on crack. They got everything wrong multiple times until I finally said I can’t deal with you people so just cancel his account. They did and everything that has happened since I feel is a revenge billing. Stay away folks. Just buy your water from HEB. MUCH CHEAPER.

      This is primarily regarding their "Ready Refresh" service which is now a part of their "Primo Brands" services. We were first customers in 2022. Since the initial onboarding until cancellation today in April of 2025 we have had more missed, unscheduled, or additional deliveries and cleanings than we have had successful, planned, accurate ones by a large margin. Additional products were added to our deliveries without request, cancellation of deliveries were ignored and delivered anyway, and cleanings were done and charged despite not being ordered, or in some cases, the month after a cleaning was just done. Cancellation has been made very difficult. You cannot cancel online, the chat-bot tells you there is nobody who can talk to you when you try and tells you to call, the FAQ tells you it can be done through the online portal but, if it can be, I could not find it using the method they suggested, and when calling the company directly I was on hold for over 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone. After they verified my account address and I told them why I wanted to cancel, they transferred me where I was on hold for another 7 minutes until I got to another rep who verified my account again, said she saw that we requested cancellation a week ago but they never did it because the line disconnected before they finished cancelling, and then finally cancelled my account after offering me an incredibly small discount on the next 3 orders to try to make up for the last 3 years of poor service if I would keep the account open. The phonecall was over 26 minutes, with about 19 of those minutes (nearly 3/4) being on hold. Maybe Primo can fix ReadyRefresh's image since the merger. Check out their facebook and see what kinds of comments happen on every post and I think you can draw your own conclusions.

      I wish I didn’t have to give them this one star . This company is the worst , they never deliver when they say they are going to so then you end up having to buy water bottles which I thought this service was suppose to stop that . I can never talk to customer service on the app cause I so happened to get roped into this being a Sam’s club member. So there is a separate number for them and it’s hard to get help and they have no idea what the drivers are doing on the routes . I’m not saving any money using them especially if I still have to buy water even though they charged me for it weeks ago !!! I don’t recommend them . Get another service or just get the water yourself .

      Frustrating and unfair pricing strategy.
      They lure new customers in with low prices, but once you're a loyal customer, they keep increasing the rates. It feels like they care more about attracting new clients than keeping existing ones happy. Very disappointing and unfair treatment. If you're considering signing up, just know that the price won't stay low for long!

      This is the worst company I have used in my life. They have a few places in ******** ********** and they have never delivered the day they are supposed to. Of course, they’ll charge you for the water and delivery, but good luck getting your water. If they do deliver on-time, it’s to the wrong place!
