    Killtech tuning doesn’t possess the skills need to tune ANY GEN 5 GM platforms. Phil isn’t at the shop during normal business hours but he can be found on ********* blocking negative comment about the terrible work he does. This guy doesn’t know how to work on cars and is an even worse tuner. The story is always the same with the bad reviews. Phil will send you off with a bad tune and then childishly ignore your calls & text, when you ask him to fix his bad tune. Phil has tried to tune my truck twice and both times the stock tune worked better than whatever trash he loaded into the car. I gave Phil I gave you multiple opportunities to reply to me- several texts over weeks as we spoke about sending data to fix it. Those texts went unanswered. No update & no offer to fix. Customer service at Killtech is a joke this guy will take your money give you nothing in return and hide behind his “policies”. Can’t even respond with “hey I tried to do my best on this it still isn’t right but if you want to give me more time with it I’d be happy to work on it” or anything literally anything… Phil said my tune should be easy since my truck is NOT heavily modify it just has a dod delete. Should be simple enough as Phil implied. So if a simple tune gave Killtech tuning this much of an issue how could they possibly complete a more complex tune on a heavily or even moderately modified vehicle. Anyone who doesn’t believe what I’m saying stop by the shop and have a convo with his neighbors… they will tell exactly who you are dealing with…Buyer beware.

    Killtech has amazing reviews so we tried them out. Phil said it would take an hour- it took half the day- fine at least he got it done. Turns out he didn’t tune the truck properly and we went into limp mode on the highway. Communication on his end? Rough. Took a few texts and calling from another phone to get him to TEXT and ask us to drop it off to be fixed. Fine. We do that. He then asks to keep the truck for a week. Ok, again as long as it gets fixed. It did not. Now we’ve been trying to contact him for a week. Calls. Texts. Nothing works. He has out $800 and we don’t have a good tune. The truck is barely drivable- we actually bumped into another Silverado owner looking for him during his business hours!!!!! So it seems like he’s doing bad business
