TicketsSales.co sold me tickets for 200 dollars each which cost 39 dollars at the concert site. They said there were only 7 tickets left. Initially they charged me 75 dollars but when all was tallied with fees, it came to 200 dollars. I was from out of town so I felt pressured to pay the full price. I was scammed a total of 320 dollars which hurt my budget a lot.

This is a very misleading company, that is likely committing fraud. IN I purchased 4 concert tickets. On their website, there were several options. 3 options were for the standard price of general admission tickets for $27.92 per ticket. One option was for $98.00 per ticket and listed the tickets, not as general admission as were the other 3 options but rather as "Row GA 13" indicating that they were (obviously) located on row 13 - hence, I believed this was the reason for the increase in price from general admission of $27.92 to $98.00 . I purchased 4 of these tickets and paid $98.00 a piece (plus a service charge of $113.68 and an email delivery charge of $6.95 which was a surprise) - for a total amount of $512.63 When I received the tickets later that day, I discovered that they were general admission tickets with the stated price of $27.92 - the same as the other 3 options as opposed to a specific row (row 13) location. I called TicketSales twice and complained - why is the world would I pay 4 times the amount for the SAME tickets on THEIR website? They responded that all the tickets were general admission - no rows assigned - clearly in conflict with their representation and labeling on the website. They had no explanation why the same tickets were on sale for dramatically different prices I asked for a refund, or al least a partial refund for the difference, I got a complete run around - boiler plate talk - they said the sale was final. This is a very unethical company that is deceitful, and I can assure you I will NEVER do business or recommend them to anyone.

WHOA Beware of major ticket resale fraud. This company is constantly creating fraudulent shell websites, hosting at many places, constantly changing. Catching this company will be impossible.
