DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! If I could give zero stars I would! I hope more people read these reviews and do their research. Big time scammers. Their link says ************* they are not ************. They charge 4x the regular price of a concert ticket! I know when shows are opened people are on their phones in a hurry and click on things fast. Take your time and read everything!Ticket Software, LLC

Do not make the same mistake I did trying this company. They are fraudulent and scammers. Never received my tickets via email. Refused to refund me. They even were able to send me photo shopped screen shots with time and date stamps. Do not bother with this company spend elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistakes I did. There’s a good reason they block yelp and google from having reviews. Absolutely miserable experience and waiste or time. The owner of this company should be criminally charged. Some people actually have to work for their money rather than stealing it via internet scams.Ticket Software, LLC

Thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear you had trouble with your email but there was no issue with your purchase on our behalf. Your tickets were delivered within twenty minutes of purchase and you were sent notification of this. Additionally, your purchase receipt's 'Track My Order' button would have been updated accordingly after delivery and provided you access to your tickets as well. Further, since your tickets were distributed via Ticketmaster.com, you would have receive notification from them directly as well. If there was any need for assistance in accessing your tickets properly, we are available daily through multiple communication channels for all needs and it is the client's responsibility to contact us. We do not control if or when a client accessing tickets or if/when they contact us, if needed. Our records indicate we were not contacted until the day after the event, at which time we could not assist you in accessing the tickets. We are sorry to hear you feel what was provided to you was photoshopped in some way but we can assure it was not; it was simply a record of the facts.Andrew G

Well it must be an absolute coincidence than that there are dozens of other **** near identical reviews of your company. Your mother did teach you it's wrong to steal right? Some people actually work for their money! I was never sent emails with my tickets. I even called ticket master who made it very clear you were already on a "black list" with them and they never had anything to do with this transaction. You were conveniently closed at every time I tried to call. And the screen shots you sent me were clearly edited. I have had the same email address for 15 years, and have never simply just not received something from a vendor. How convenient I received your photoshopped fraudulent emails of the first ones that never sent within minutes but the ones containing my tickets were never sent. If i really cared about $300 I would take you to small claims court over this, but it's an absolute waist of my time. Karma will catch up with you. I did very quick simple research on your company that has 2 employees, the thief of an owner and his rude unhelpful and uneducated wife. still waiting on a call back from your "customer service rep". Your entire company and life is a fraud. Congratulations on stealing from hardworking consumers. I'll swing by your office next time I'm in CT to say hi! Scam website - When I believed to be utilizing ticketmaster (In fact that was my google search, I was directed to Ticketfaster - The scam is that they hope that customer purchasing tickets doesn't notice, completes the transaction and does not read to small print in which they state no refunds. Because Billy Joel concert is extremely popular the customer is under the gun to buy tickets for fear of sell-out. Thus the scam is complete. After purchasing I immediately contacted customer service. While holding for 45 minutes I googled Ticketfaster and it was immediately apparent that they are not legit. I believe that in some cases they actually do supply legitimate tickets to maintain some semblance of credibility, however there are numerous reviews supporting that the opposite occurs. Beware, they also do business under different names as well. As I am writing this I googled ticket master and the first site that appeared was ticketsonsale.com. Interestingly the content and appearance of this site is/was identical to Ticketfaster. It looks credible but clearly it is not.Ticket Software, LLC

I ordered concert tickets from TicketNetwork in January 2023 for a concert that was on 8/24/23. The order summary said I would have the tickets on 8/23/23. On the morning of 8/24, I still didn't have them so i sent an email to customer service. He said I will get them when the office opens. At 4:30pm I received an email saying that the tickets had been transferred to me and that I would get another email to claim the tickets. I never got this other email. I contacted them to let them know and after an hour and a half of dealing with them I was told that they can't re-transfer the tickets to me if I never got them. We had also started driving to the concert while I was talking to them on the phone because the concert was 45 minutes away and we were hopeful that this would be resolved by then. So not only did I lose over $400 from not getting the tickets, but I also wasted gas/money to get there and not be able to go to what was said to have been an amazing show. BEWARE OF TICKETNETWORK. I also think it is absolutely ridiculous that they don't "send" you the tickets until right before the show. I shouldn't have had to go through this panic 2 hours before it started.Ticket Software, LLC

I heard **** ****** was going to be at ****** **** ****** Aug 18th. My daughters said there going on sale Friday June 18th. I googled early in the morning **** ****** at P***** ***** Immediately a seating chart came up. It said $79 so I bought 4. When I got a conformation it said ******** ****. I freaked out because I googled **** ****** at ****** ***** *t now where said ******** ****. I live in ******. I tried calling this so called company Ticket faster but not one would answer. I finally reached some chat room. A person name Sena answered the chat. I explained the situation. I have not idea how ******** **** got into the equation all I needed was for her to cancel the purchase and i would call ******* **** directly. She said I'll send you a voucher and you can go back on her site and buy the right venue. So I went back on and tickets came up for **** ****** for ******* ****. Now they were showing $160. Really skeptical now I called ******* **** directly. They told me sir the tickets go on sale by clicking ****** **** only and not until noon. He said we only use Ticketmaster and stub hub for all out concerts. He said sounds like you've been scammed. I had to go t ****** **** site and was able to purchase 4 tickets they were each $70. The ****** event sold out in 5 minutes. I was lucky to got 4. I went back on Ticket faster at 4:00 and they were still showing they had tickets for ******. Now I knew it was a scam. I finally found a number for ticket faster. I talked to some guy and he told me we have you a voucher. I said ****** **** said that wouldn't of worked they don't use ticket faster and they weren't selling them earlier then noon anyway. I put the tickets in affirm so I don't start paying in the $450 until next month. I'm headed today to discuss it with my bank.I reached out to my attorney. He's looking into it. TicketsOffice also known as Ticket Software is quite deceptive, if not outright fraudulent. I purchased tickets for a ************ ***** ***** show on May 14, 2023 thinking that I was purchasing from the ** ************ ***** ****** The show is scheduled for December 2, 2023. At the end of the transaction I printed the Order Summary. The company name did not appear on the order summary and no payment receipt was sent to the email account provided. If not for information about the company on my ******** ******* statement, I would not have known to whom I paid $1, 078.04. When I called the company on May 28, 2023 inquiring about the payment receipt, the receipt was generated while I was on the phone and sent immediately. However, I expressed concern about the ticket delivery date which is just one day before the show. I was advised that I would get a total refund if the tickets were not available. This is unacceptable. My family would be traveling to *** **** from out-of-state. A refund will not cover travel, hotel, and other expenses. Since the tickets have not been delivered, I requested to have the order cancelled on May 29th. After speaking with a representative for 25 minutes, Ticket Software refused to cancel the order. I subsequently found out that the tickets to the opera are not available for purchase from the ** ************ ***** House until after June 16th. I resorted to having ******** ******* dispute the charges which may take up to 8 weeks. I will need to purchase another set of tickets to ensure access to the opera for the Dec 2nd show. The URL is noted as TicketNetwork™ | Concert, Sports, Theater and Music Festival Tickets. I advise anyone not to use them!!! It should be noted that receipts are only 'generated' upon purchase and are delivered to the email address as provided during checkout and may take up to a few minutes to arrival, sometimes in a junk / spam folder. Clients may contact us for copies, if needed, which it seems you did and we appropriately provided you with one. Our refund guarantee is outlined on our website and in our full policies at all times, including during order placement, and states that tickets will be delivered in time for the event. We do no guaranteed delivery for personal preference or travel plans, though it should be noted that delivery can occur anytime after the purchase has been completed, depending on ticket availability. While issues with tickets can occur on rare occurrences, they do unfortunately happen from time to time and there are various possible reasons. Rest assured that refunding is a last resort as we do try to provide comparable or better seating than purchased when tickets as purchased as not available for whatever reason. If I could give them a zero I would ! Beware ! Do not buy any tickets especially concert tickets from this site. Everything is a FAKE and a SCAM. Tickets should be verified from the sellers before they take our money!
