  Great customer Service, large selection and great quality. I am giving Action Carpet 5 stars because there are a lot of considerations when purchasing a carpet and they excell in all of them. For me it is important to have someone, in this case it was Karen, provide guidance and expertise when purchasing. Karen is extremely knowledgeable about carpets and helped me select a carpet that looked beautiful and would also withstand an active pet friendly environment. (Dogs and cats). The next consideration is a broad selection. Action Carpet carries a wide array of carpet choices which means that I could buy something unique and beautiful. Action Carpet stands behind its products and its warranties and that customer service differentiator is huge for me and because of the excellent customer service that I have received, during the sales process, the installation process and the ongoing excellent customer service support I intend to make all future carpet purchases there. They differentiate themselves with their excellence. I think it is also very important to support our local business and they have been there for ******** for years. Karen has been wonderful to work with and has gone above and beyond in customer service. The installation was extremely professional and done efficiently by Francisco. They came exactly when they said they would come and did a flawless job. In the past I have also had Tony clean the carpet and he is extremely professional and does excelent work. In terms of quality , I probably had my hall and stair carpet that I purchased over 20 years ago from Action and it still looks brand new because of its outstanding quality. I appreciate their professionalism.

  We worked with this company because they were small local business and we try to do that when we can. our project went smoothly we enjoy our floors and installers worked well. During the process we were instructed to disregard the automated invoices emailed to us and that the company preferred checks as form of payment. My husband thinks he remembers even getting a discount for doing so. Because of that there is only what is written on the note line, and the basic info of a standard check to see what each one was paying for. No itemized receipts. A year after project completion we got a couple phone calls asking if we were going to do the one room in the house we had neglected initially. we said no we were not going to purchase or install the final room at this time. their response was ok, and we were done on the phone. a couple weeks later I got a threatening voicemail message from the owner of this company. In the voicemail he called me a thief, he was sure to state he knew were I lived, and he would have a lawyer come for me. He said we owed him money. I would be happy to figure out if there was a payment issue or miscommunication somewhere, if he would have talked to me in a civil manner. the first time I hear about owing him money he leaves a threatening voicemail. I went through all of the invoices they send us and got the check info from the bank. the most recent invoices send and the ones sent to me the day I got the voicemail are for flooring and install we told them we were not going to do. I am so confused as to how and why this company/owner is behaving like this. The voicemail is out of line and people should think twice before working with a company that threatens people, and does not keep decent itemized records and receipts. we are very disappointed.
