    Alarm New England puts its 3 year commitment terms Buried in the small print that no one reads. I only used their service for 4 months, sold my house, called them to cancel service and 6 months later they send me a bill for 75% of All full 3 year contract.
    I would have been happy to pay a portion of the agreement but their customer service, which is terrible, just kept referring to the contract. Very slimy

    Been trying to contact them since September 2022 for a new keypad to get our system up and running. Still got no response from email and voicemails. Someone broke into our business on 12/13/22 and they made a mess cause they had all the time in the world to look around. Called them tuesday, wednesday, and now thursday and still no repsonse from them.
