    On 2/28/2025 at 7:37 am I received a Minibar Delivery gift card valued at $100.00 from my sister. When I attempted to redeem the card on 4/26/2025, the website rejected the card, citing that the code was invalid. I promptly contacted Minibar’s customer service through email and phone, only to receive numerous unhelpful responses and outright lies regarding the invalid gift e-card. I contacted Minibar’s customer service by email and phone but received numerous unhelpful responses and lies about the invalid gift e-card. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company, Minibar Delivery has refused to honor the value of the gift card and several attempts to replace the card all continue to be invalid. Their failure to address the situation is not only disappointing but deceptive and unethical. It amounts to selling or distributing non-functional gift cards — an issue that clearly violates consumer trust and basic business standards. Please advise that I went through a similar experience with Minibar in the summer of 2024 which resulted in my canceling my subscription with Minibar Delivery Service. I believe it’s important for consumers to be aware of this issue and for the BBB to help hold businesses accountable for fraudulent practices. I am willing to include any relevant documentation screenshots, receipts, and communications to support my complaint.

    We were sent a delivery as a gift for starting a new job. We have two cameras outside our home so we can see when stuff is delivered. I contacted Minibar Delivery to let them know we didn't get our delivery. Fast forward 10 days and after no shy of 6+ emails back and forth they told me today that I must have misplaced it and to check with a neighbor. I am shocked that this is the customer service experience and at the end of 10 days we still don't have our gift, the sender of that gift is out the $, and no solution or help is in sight. What a scam, rip off and Top 2 Worst Customer Experiences of any companies I've dealt with.

    BEWARE, DO NO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Absolute garbage service, this company does not hold their vendor/suppliers accountable for false inventory and c*** service, in addition, extremely slow response times from support. My first order was cancelled after 4 days due to the store not having inventory, it took them 4 days to figure that out.........My 2nd order has now come on 3 weeks with no shipment, support is slow to respond and reads from a script without ever reviewing the issues hoping that a $20 or $40 credit will somehow keep their customer base inclined to order again. Waste of time and especially money with the cut they take.
