    I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Bill and Alex at New England Property Pros. Our furnace was having issues, and they went above and beyond to not only fix the problem but also to thoroughly inspect the system. He provided detailed feedback on other potential issues we might face in the future and offered helpful advice on how to maintain our HVAC system. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and the time he took to explain everything to us. He truly cares about his customers and their comfort. I highly recommend Billy and his team at New England Property Pros for any HVAC needs! We will definitely be using them again in the future! Thanks again guys!

    Incredible service bar none! This was my second year my home was serviced by these good people and I was extremely pleased with the results! I had an unfortunate breakage with a water pipe from my main floor that seeped into the basement right on top of my boiler but it thankfully did not damage it! As long as I am here in CT, I will be using them for my heating! Thanks a bunch guys!

    They were absolutely excellent and they helped me tremendously. My dryer was throwing a code each time I turned it on. They came and made sure to vacuum the vent. They were very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend their services.
