    I did my CPR and AED with at Heart Start Training Institute. Michelle was my instructor and she was super amazing. She had snacks and beverages which was very thoughtful. She allowed my daughter to be welcomed and included. We had an amazing class and didn't want it to end. I would recommend Michelle's class to anyone who is interested, she is great.

    Great experience! Michelle does a great job explaining all of the course materials and details! I have taken numerous CPR and First Aid classes in the past but I by far feel the most confident after finishing Michelle's Heart Start Training! I highly recommend!

    Very informational and educational experience. I believe everyone should know and learn First Aid/CPR, I feel that it is an important life saving skill to learn. I am glad I took it with Michele she was very insightful. She made me feel very comfortable and confident with the process that makes me feel like I could save a life someday.
