    Owner Eileen is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her guidance and knowledge on swatches, runner material - wool vs synthetic and overall customer service was invaluable. Highly recommend doing business with The Stair Runner Store!!

    This review is long overdue. Life just got in the way. We worked with Eileen and John last fall replacing an L shaped hall runner. They assembled a perfect match for our pet ruined runner. The same carpet also continues up our staircase. So, the match was extremely important. There was nothing but ease in the entire undertaking. The most unbelievable aspect of the process was they were coming through the area, heading North to visit a son and dropped off and installed the rug. Talk about making an extra effort. The runner is long in length, and they felt packing and sending it was not ideal. It was very unexpected but a perfect ending to their incredible operation. We will certainly work with them again and recommend them highly. ** *** *****

    We took up the old wall to wall carpet in our hall and stair and wanted to replace with runners. Our stair has two 90 degree landings and I had no idea how to make a runner work, Luckily found the Stair Runner Store that showed our landings. John and Eileen are a great team; they create custom runners that are based on our stair dimensions. Eileen called as soon as we placed the order and walked us through the process, sent links for recommended tools and to John's installation videos. The runners arrived early and everything was included - runners, pads and instructions. I was able to complete the install in a weekend. Very high quality rugs and over the top service. So happy we did not try to do this through a box store. Thank you Eileen and John!

    I love my Stair Runner Store custom fabricated Stair and hall runner. Eileen was clear from the beginning about costs and was happy to give me estimates on different measurements and projects. The items arrived with in the estimated time frame. Payment was expected upfront. A professional itemized estimate, bill and shipping statement were provided in a timely way. Calls and emails were returned with in 24 hours and often less. I highly recommend this company

    We ordered a 12-foot stair runner with serged ends from the Stair Runner Store recently, with a fitted non-skid pad. We received it about a week after ordering, and we were awed at the quality of the runner. It was very securely wrapped and boxed for shipment; something that we truly appreciated. What impressed both of us the most was the care that was taken when we were placing our order: the Stair Runner Store went far beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had all the information required to make our purchase decision.
