I ordered 2 fruit baskets to be delivered for Mothers Day. One was received the other was not. After 10 telephone calls and several emails they informed me that the baskets had been delivered and this was false.. NO delivery for the second person.. Supervisor could not explain what or why it was not delivered or where it was, Finally, I canceled the ordered. Too late to order anything at this time.. They suggested sending a floral arrangement and it appeared as it was purchased from a supermarket, EMBARRASSING! Not pretty! Shame on me for doing business with this company again. I had similar problems in 2020 which I totally forgot,, DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME!!From You Flowers, LLC

Ordered Bereavement flowers for a young mother on Mother's Day. Not only did From You Flowers send me 2 emailed failed delivery notifications, but they also days later sent a false "delivery confirmation email". The recipient had zero activity on her doorbell camera for either day of 'failed delivery' and nothing at all not even an Amazon delivery from the day the flowers 'delivered'. (they never were. and, were never even attempted). All in all, when I reached out to customer service, my email was ignored and I was resent all previous emails. The flowers were never delivered, and the delivery date promised was failed (I paid extra for this). When I tried to get them to fulfill the delivery, the company completely stopped responding to me entirely. They refuse to refund the money and/or fulfill the order. I will ensure from now on anyone I speak to knows that this company is shady and dishonest. I've used this company for nearly 20 deliveries and will never return. Scamming a grieving family out of their flowers for the sake of profit is unethical and disgustiung.From You Flowers, LLC

I had a placed a same day delivery order at 1am which it states on the website if order placed before 3pm it will be delivered. I kept track on my order to where the line moved like it was being prepared to be delivered but instead it was not when I called at 3pm to find out that my order will be delayed a day which I had paid a same day delivery fee. Here is it is the next day and my order still has not been delivered but when I called the FrlmYouFlower. contact me number again they are giving me the excuses that the florist is not responding or answering their call. All I am getting is I apologize your order will be delivered tomorrow between 9am and 5pm. They was not trying to rectify the situation and find another florist to deliver my paid order in a timely manner instead I get another excuse stating, “we have a cut off time.” What about the money I spent to have my order deliver same day but instead it’s being delivered two days later for someone birthday. This company needs to be held accountable for what they advertise on their website. The review has to be false or lies due to excuses and run around that I have been given with my order. If you have relations with many florist I don’t understand why a order that was scheduled same day was not fulfilled. The most surprising response I got from the manager or person over the customer representative was, “ the representative for to follow up on your order after the delay with the florist and we never got a response from them.” So no response means the customers order does not get fulfilled but better yet the customers order just get pushed back or forgotten. This is how you not do business and how you will quickly get negative reviews and lose business. Else beware of this company and stay on top of your order and make sure they are held accountable for what they place on their website. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! SERVICE! I placed a Mother's Day order and the recipient NEVER received it. I called the customer service number, was told the item would be delivered the next morning by 11am an they would credit me 20% of the order. The next day at almost 2pm it still wasn't delivered so I called customer service again to be told it would be delivered by 6pm. When asked what happened to the 11am delivery I was not provided an answer and was placed on hold only to be told there was no response from the florist. I asked for the florist name and was advised it could not be provided and the delivery would happen today by 6pm. When i mentioned leaving a poor review and contacting the BBB I was placed on hold and unknowingly transferred to someone who says they are a "supervisor". I had to verify the delivery information as it was not provided before transferring. Only for the female to say the delivery would be tomorrow because the representative I spoke with last night did not release the order and she would take off a percentage. At this point I referenced contacting the BBB and leaving a review and she immediately stated she would refund me the full amount and send an email confirmation. THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE FLORAL SERVICE I'VE EVER USED! DO NOT USE FROM YOU FLOWERS! You'll regret it!! I had to select a rating so they received one star however, if i had the choice i wouldn't select any stars!!From You Flowers, LLC

Absolutely Disappointed – Unacceptable Customer Service and Quality
I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The vase arrived broken, and the flowers were wilted and in poor condition — a far cry from what was advertised and definitely not suitable for a meaningful occasion like Mother’s Day.
Initially, I was told a replacement would be sent out, which gave me a bit of hope that the situation would be resolved. But then I received a second email telling me to disregard that, and that I would only be given a 30% credit. That is outrageous and deeply disrespectful, especially considering this was a special gift meant to show appreciation and love.
This company failed not only in delivering a quality product but also in handling the issue with any kind of integrity. They left me with no real resolution, no replacement, and a broken gift on an important holiday. I will not be ordering from From You Flowers again and would strongly caution others to look elsewhere for reliable service and quality.From You Flowers, LLC

Horrible service! Didn’t deliver when they were supposed to. Ordered for Mother’s Day 2 weeks ahead to avoid delivery issues. Well it was worse. They took the money and would not deliver what I ordered. After 2 days of the run around they dropped of a little arrangement that was nothing like I ordered. It was very small and cheap. I ordered a deluxe arrangement. I kept being told they were sorry and they would be delivered tomorrow. That came and went still no flowers! Then was told they would be there the Wednesday after Mother’s Day and they were not! Then they said Thursday, still no flowers!!!!!! I demanded a refund finally after waiting an extra week for delivery. Very sad because it was for Mother’s Day. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! I ordered a large flower arrangement to be delivered to my daughter May 10th for her birthday & Mother's Day, but it was never delivered ! I contacted the florist by email , they said they will partially refund my money, send the flowers May 12, and refund the rest later ".
I was so upset and twice, emailed them back to send the flowers to her , but my daughter did not receive them. Their email stated that I will be getting my full refund. I have not checked yet if they credited it back to my credit card. But, the fact that my daughter did not receive her flowers is the most important issue here.From You Flowers, LLC

ordered flowers for mothers day, they were marked delivered but never received, then i agreed to a redelivery again marked delivered but never received - when i got put on with a supervisor he said that the arrangements were likely out of stock - so then why mark them as delivered? I requested a full refund... lets see if it ever comes or ill have to dispute it with my bank. THIS IS A SCAM business.From You Flowers, LLC

Worst customer service ever! Ordered flowers a week in advance for Mother's Day. My mom never received the flowers. Got an email saying they were delivered but she didn't get them. Called and the customer service rep was so hard to understand. I really tried but the language barrier was a struggle. They said wait 2 days and the flowers would be delivered. They never arrived. I called again and just wanted a refund at this point. Again, the language barrier was a real struggle. Got a confirmation email saying a refund will be posted to my account in 1-3 business days. I really hope so. I just want to be done with this terrible company.From You Flowers, LLC
