Custom ordered products including but not limited to badges, medals, commendation bars, apparel, coats, and customized products are non returnable once they go into production. If your order was over $100 and you received free freight from us, we will not refund the amount that it actually cost us to ship the item being returned when we first shipped it out. The return costs for shipping are the purchasers.
