      I booked a hotel thru PRICELINE.COM 05/11/25-05/21/25 * *** ***** ** ***** *** I SPECIFICALLY asked about certain amenities based off the advertisement on the PL Website. The booking rep ASSURED ME everything was as seen on the website. I drove 11 hours from ** ** ** nonstop, checking in before day w/ my asthmatic 1 yr old. I ALREADY KNEW this stay @ OYO wasn't gonna work for us. 1) SMOKE FILLED,2) FILTHY PROPERTY (carpets stained on every floor, outdated equipment including elevator 3)Weak to no WIFI Service. Needless to say, I LOST OVER $1000.00 OUT OF MY PAYCHECK bc the wifi ABSOLUTELY did not work at all. The air conditioner face fell off inches from hitting my child as she was walking by, since when is a pool closed to paying customers but open for employees private parties?! When I told the front desk clerk what was going on a maid took charge as if she was management. This is a maid who came knocking at my door the second day of my being there accusing me of smoking in the hotel and telling me that she was coming into my room to inspect. I do not smoke in the first place. But since when does maid service have a right to freely walk into someone's room to inspect? Because that was the first time I've ever heard of that in all the years I've stayed at hotels. This was not a regular Hotel. This is more like an extended stay where people have been here for years and years it looks and smells of it and the property is not okay. I made this complaint known to front desk and also to Priceline for almost a week Priceline gave me the runaround and at the end of the day I was offered a 20% coupon for a undisclosed Hotel I asked for corporate office number and everybody acts like it doesn't exist. I call again today 05/23/25 and they're trying to take me back through the same routine I just came through with them last week no resolution no refund $600 and the 20% discount to a hotel of their choice which is a two star/less

      Just know  They are horrible!! They have a huge glitch in there system and the hotel I booked for informed me that other customers called in to be informed that the days they booked for was not correct. Priceline website is changing the dates and offer no refund. To bag up I was in front of the hotel when I booked my date was correct! They changed it and if you don’t buy the insurance you are out of money either way. Then I was sent a email saying the hotel didn’t approve the refund but the hotel told me they would approve it because it was Priceline website and the amount of calls they received for the same exact thing that I experienced! I also went back to my credit card to find that Priceline true to double my charge but my card was locked. So they have reps trying to your you card on file that they claim they don’t see. I won’t recommend a homeless person! And this was along with Expedia which is the other third party. NEVED AGAIN.. Please book straight through the actual hotel no matter the cost! Good luck if you don’t you have been warned.

      would give 0 stars if possible, horrible experience knew the price was to good to be true now just running around in circles. Reps say one thing then another and nothing gets resolved. Don't believe website, Apparently what is stated is not accurate. Rep could not choose seats for plane, got a hotel with breakfast include with a fee and this was not added , when rep was rushing me to pay for hotel/car/flight i knew something was off should have went with my gut . Had to fix everything on my own as they would not help. from flight to hotel to car

      Horrible company. Stay away from them we rented a car through Priceline and it was a scam. I called them and they told me to rent another vehicle and they would pay for the difference. You cannot talk to anyone high up and kept saying it is in review and will here 3-5 days. Have never heard anything after calling 7 times. They are also the scam. PLEASE DO NOT USE PRICELINE!!!! I do not usually do reviews but do not want anyone going through what we went through.

      Deceptive business. I was told after talking to a representative for 15 min that the hotel she said she was reserving for me was full. She asked if I wanted her to look for another hotel in the area, and I said yes. Upon arriving at new motel, it had peeling paint on outside of building and did not look safe. When we couldn’t find an entrance, we left to drive 2 hours back home as all hotels were full. Tried to call hotel and Priceline with no one answering. Could not get in touch by email because I never received an email confirmation. Found out later that the representative had typed my email wrong. I have tried to get in touch with Priceline’s management, but only received an email saying I would not get a refund, but they did offer me 20% off my next reservation. What a crock! I will never do business with this shady company that wanted me to pay for a motel room that was a dump. $130.00!

      Priceline is the worse company ever! When looking to book a 7 seater vehicle for a family vacation, a deal popped up that I should have known was too good to be true. My filters clearly stated I was browsing for 6+ seats. After confirming the purchase, the confirmation email stated it was NOT guaranteed I would get a car with 6+ seats. When I tried to cancel and repurchase another vehicle, Priceline was all too quick to say this was nonrefundable, unchangeable, I was not even able to upgrade! Absolutely no help whatsoever!!! The worst customer support I’ve ever had to deal with! I literally felt defeated by them!

      The worst experience I’ve ever had. I travel a lot and use all kinds of third-party sites to get good deals. I’m very detailed oriented and plan all my trips ahead as I am on a budget. I called Priceline to make sure all the details were in place before reserving and paying all need to be informed a week before my trip that they made an error they promised to fix it, but after three days, multiple calls and lots of wasted time and stress, they were not able to follow through with fixing any of it. It took a third day of calling and threatening to call a lawyer before they finally gave me my money back.

      I wish I had read these reviews before booking. The booking part was great. My son showed up, and ended up sleeping on the streets of New Orleans. Customer service is horrific. You're caught in a vortex, of the same script. I've called 5 days in a row, stayed on the phone for literally HOURS. NO resolution. Don't be fooled by the cheap rates. You will regret your booking. I wish I could chose 0 stars.

      So I booked a room because me and my kids been homeless since my kids dad was killed. But when I got there I couldn’t stay. So Priceline called the hotel and canceled my reservation. But now I have to wait 24 hours for a refund when any other time if you book a room by mistake and it’s booked it’s automatically gives the money back. This is the worst experience ever I would’ve even took the credit on my account. I can’t believe I have to sleep in the car with my kids and newborn baby. I’m so hurt. Enough so to come here to let them know to do better. You never know what people are going thru and it should’ve been other ways to get the refund faster rather it was thru credit on account or back on debit card..

      I booked two cars ahead of time threw priceline.com and pre-pay for for collision damage insurance with free cancelation for our vacation at ***** ****** *** ** ******* ******* (also horrible don't use them) in which I get there on the day of our vacation and they say they have No cars! So needless to say we did not get the cars in which you would assume that would show as cancelation. So we would get our money back for not using the insurance logically since we never received or rented a car. Nope, it was my responsibility to call priceline.com to cancel since Herts didn't have any cars available!!!!!So they will mot give me my money back. Offered me a 10% off coupon on my next rental car! I said forget that, thanks but no thanks!
