"I have nicely asked UNO ALLA VOLTA to remove my deceased mother from their paper catalog mailing list and they have insisted that providing her name and address is not enough. That in order to stop sending catalogs to a deceased person from their mailing list--even a request from the decedent's daughter, I need to provide the key code from the catalog."
